Volt is hiring a CNC Operator for an exciting opportunity with a company that is a leading provider of diverse products, services and innovative solutions for commercial passenger airlines, cargo carriers, tier one suppliers and aircraft and engine OEMs. This dynamic company is looking for a full time 5-axis CNC milling machine operator to execute programs on a 5 axis Zimmerman FZ30 CNC. In this role you will also be undertaking all aspects of CNC machine operation, reading blueprints, writing Statistical Process Control charts, communicating with various different departments to resolve machining problems, amongst other responsibilities. This is a very exciting opportunity for an experienced CNC operator. This could be a long term opportunity with an innovative and industry leading company for the qualified candidate.

10 years minimum experience related to CNC machine operations (Zimmerman).
2+ years experience with 5 axis portal milling machines
5+ years experience with composites.
Experience in machining carbon fiber and fiberglass parts.
Knowledge and experience with Siemens Controller.
High School Degree required, Technical school or some college is a PLUS
