Our client is hiring and in need of a person to help out the Engineering team.
This position is responsible for assisting engineers with administrative, documentation, process and general engineering related support activities. Must demonstrate the ability to support several engineers, providing the wide variety of administrative and computer skills to assist engineering projects. Description: Create, edit, and format documentation with input provided by engineers. Coordinate the release of documentation. Organizes, audits, and archives required documentation (i.e, PDR and CDR packages). Assist in data gathering projects. Coordinate and track AABOM submittals. Create and coordinate Consultation Requests. Create, update, and report status of PREP Reviews. Inventory and track equipment/material for lab testing (components, oscilloscopes, Ballard cards, etc). Order and coordinate the delivery of equipment and parts. Submit and track the status of Part Number Creations. Provide tool expertise and support to Engineering; generate reports as required. Assist new group members with access to project data; tool installation and configuration. Coordinate meetings, locations, minutes and action item follow-up. Create and maintain a Lesson Learned database and conduct reviews. Create and maintain group TeamSpace.
Requirements:
Candidate should be willing to take on a variety of tasks, be dependable, accurate and very detail oriented. Effective team player and good interpersonal skills. Possess effective oral/written communication skills. Ability to provide the status of work assignments at any time and can quickly produce any documentation or information that is needed. Maintains a daily to-do list which helps to prioritize schedule. Minimum Requirements: -High School diploma or equivalent plus 7 years experience. -intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word and Excel
