PeopleSoft Business Analyst

Volt is actively recruiting a strong administrator with an understanding of PeopleSoft for a direct hire opportunity in the twin cities. This candidate would be responsible for crucial aspects of an application infrastructure on a Unix-based platform. In this role you would be providing problem isolation and resolution from the technicians.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Being point of contact for problem issues as they relate to the PeopleSoft application
Troubleshoot and analyze issues as they relate to end users and server problems
Ensure proper backup coverage and monitor the quality
Document, enforce, and apply security policies




Requirements:



A Bachelor's or Associates degree in computer related field, although related work experience will be considered
1+ years experience with PeopleSoft
Experience with scripting (ideally in Shell variant or Pearl)
Experience working within a Unix environment, specifically as it relates to application/web clusters
Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate both orally and in writing
