Volt Technical Resources is currently looking for QA GAMES TESTERS. These QA Testers will be testing video games for functionality and usability; tracking, recording and verifying discrepancies as well as working with others to help find and solve technical problems following Quality Assurance Procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

Performs functionality, usability and regression testing of products.
Tests configuration and compatibility of software on multiple hardware platforms.
Executes the test procedures for each Work Project within the time designated.
Documents all bugs (adhering to quality and quantity standards).
Ensures all bugs are logged in the shift identified.
Follows test standards.
Escalates issues associated with test procedures to the Point of Contact (POC) or Lead.
Enters time at the end of testing each Work Project (at a minimum daily).
Ensures that they are testing at all times and have all required materials to do so; if not, escalates to POC or Lead.
Attends test-procedure walk-through meetings.

Requirements:

These QA Games Testers must be 18 years old or older. If you love playing video games and would love to test them and get paid to test them, here's your chance to come work for us in Vancouver!
QA Game Tester Qualifications:

You must have experience playing video games on many types of consoles.
You will need to have critical thinking skills, be a team player in a dynamic environment, have good communication and writing skills.
You must be able to work in Canada.
