What you need for this position:

- BSCS (MSCS preferred) & 2+ years developing software in Ruby on Rails or related technologies (i.e. Java, Python, Perl, PHP, etc.).
- Strong with at least one of the following: OO Java, C++, C#
- Scrum/Agile experience
- Experience with Amazon EC2 & Simple Storage Service (S3) is a plus
- Strong background in designing, architecting, implementing and operating scalable systems with large amounts of data
- Developing/implementing customer/client facing analytic functions and UI's (i.e. HighCharts, JQuery, etc.)
- Prior experience working on Open-Source projects & products
- Vision & motivation to work in a game changing startup is a must
