Required Skills:

• Test Lead with strong experience in Automation Testing

• Solid understanding of automation tools and practices

• Test Partner AND LISA experience required
• Highly skilled individuals with the ability to lead automation and work with others to determine what should be automated and what test data needs to be set up
• Ability to create an automation framework from user stories, use cases and test scenarios

• Experience in creating automation plans and monitoring/executing the plan

• Strong analytical skills

• Can work independently & should be a self-starter

   

  Desired Skills:

• Insurance background

• Recording and tracking defects

• Guidewire Policy Center Experience

• Experience or exposure of Agile (Scrum)
• Experience in Software Development
