Job Title: Senior .Net Developer/Programmer

Duration : Long term more than a year.  Fulltime with HTC.  (Also open for C2C)

Job Description:

• Candidate will be responsible for design, development, unit testing, implementation, and support of new and existing .NET solutions supporting client’s business.
• Candidate will work under limited supervision, with an expectation of both independent work as well as collaboration with others on the team.
• Candidate will be considered a technical leader within the IT development organization, and therefore will represent the interests of the department while mentoring others and leading by example.
• Core competencies include but aren’t limited to:
  • Object oriented design and analysis
  • Domain/Application architecture
  • Strong database skills (advanced T-SQL) / SQL Server• Unit testing
  • Technical troubleshooting
  • Service oriented architecture
  • Web services (WCF, SOAP)
  • HTTP protocol• General networking principles (application layer)
  • N-Tier and client/server architectureExperience:
  • 10+ years software developer
  • 7+ years application design
  • 7+ years database experience (SQL Server)
  • 5+ years in a senior or lead role

Education:

• BS in Computer Science, or Information Systems, or Management Information Systems; or combination of education and equivalent experience.

Other:

• 10 to 15% national travel

• Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule as needed to meet project objectives
