Experienced project leader for .Net Development based projects.  Will be working in the areas of pricing and signage technology with .net analysis and design responsibilities.  Must be able to communicate with business customers for requirements and user acceptance testing and communicate to manager on a daily basis of progress and issues.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collecting and analyzing business requirements for projects
• Preparing detailed design, specs and test plans
• Defining, designing and building database schema to address specific issues and needs
• Creating, modifying and testing programming code written in ASP.net
• Expert in SQL
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Anticipating and creating technical options to support IT operations and business objectives
• Participating with other IT members, customers and other stakeholders in new product reviews, tests and pilots
• Able to communicate with business customers for requirements and user acceptance testing. Must communicate to manager on a daily basis of progress and issues.
• Experience working with P & C Insurance prefereably Home related (not Auto)
• Must drive for results, be a self starter and proceed without detailed directions

Need to be able to be given a general date and detail plan on how to accomplish a deliverable by that date.  Must be able to create specifications, test plans and user documentation
