Prestigious Enterprise Company is currently seeking a Director of Enterprise ERP Applications with strong SAP experience. This is a senior I/T leadership position that directs teams in all aspects to deploy, operate and enhance multiple ERP systems in a global business environment.  Systems include SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, and a proprietary Warehouse Management System.  In addition to specific ERP related activities and team direction, the position will work closely with other I/T Directors, business leaders, and the CIO to collaborate and develop tactical and strategic I/T plans.  For day to day operations, the position will interact with the internal ERP organization and external service providers to pursue multiple concurrent initiatives.  The successful candidate will be customer, creative and solution oriented, while delivering excellent operational results.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:  

·         Proven team building capability.

·         Excellent interpersonal skills.

·         Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).

·         Strong understanding over high level business processes (Customer Service, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Financials, etc.).

·         Must have led multiple successful ERP implementations.

·         Must have supported ERP operating environments.

·         Prior deep and hands on experience with at least one ERP system; preferably SAP.

·         Understanding of supporting I/T infrastructure functions (network, hardware, security etc.).

·         Strong understanding of database and reporting technologies.

·         Vendor management.

·         Strong Project Management.

·         Demonstrated problem solving skills.

·         Familiar with SOX requirements as related to I/T operations and I/T General Controls.

·         Annual budget development and execution.

·         Project budget development and execution.

·         High level application architecture and solution design.

·         Ability to drive change for systems, processes, and people.

·         Developing contracts with service providers.

·         Contract management with service providers.

·         International experience.

·         Ability to thrive in a fast paced business environment.

·         Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities.


Education and Experience:  4 year BS degree in MIS, Computer Science, or comparable field plus 10+ years of I/T management experience.
