What you will do:   

Candidates should be versed in use of development related tools/IS/industry standards, be able to analyze technical requirements, and create system designs and specifications. Programs and debugs complex projects. Ability to effectively analyze technical options & define ramifications of choices. The candidate will have strong written and oral communication skills. They will be able to effectively communicate team status to management as well as understand project management concepts such as earned value, risk analysis, estimating and schedule monitoring.

Details of Position:

• Candidate must be able to work independently as well as actively within a team.
• Must be self-motivated, dependable, proactive, organized, communicate clearly both orally and written, possess expert C# proficiency, .Net WIN Form, SQL 2008 and Windows desktop application development.
• Candidate will be expected to develop C# desktop applications using VC2010.
• Knowledge of systems architecture, good consultative, oral/written communication skills, analytical ability; planning, organizing, decision-making, problem solving, initiative, judgment & the ability to work effectively with client and management staff.

Management Skills:

Excellent oral and writing communication skills, teamwork, ability to work under pressure, professional approach, and a positive attitude are a must.
