Project Description:

The incumbent will be required to work on network related projects and day to day needs surrounding network support. The incumbent will be required to work in a hospital setting on-site. HIPPA certification is required as is a TB shot before being allowed on site.  

This is an onsite (100%) position requiring direct contact with the customer.
The candidate will visit on a routine basis multiple customer locationS around the Fond Du Lac area to do site surveys,network rack and stack,cabling, etc.
This position will be the hands/feet support for the engineering teams in India and Slovaki.
The position is located at the customers facilities located in Fond Du Lac,Wisconsin.
The network consists of Cisco based routers, switches and wireless devices located at several hospital building throughout. HIPPA certification (provided by third party client) and TB shot will be required PRIOR to being allowed to start assignment.
 
• Physical patching of wiring of switches to routers (LAN cabling)
• Adhoc Site survey’s for upcoming upgrades or new infrastructure

Rack and stack of network gear. Able to perform some basic IOS code burn so remote team can configure. Acquire site knowledge of key data closets and management of such (keep documentation current and upkeep customer standards regarding power, space…) This person will have daily contact with the client so soft skills (communication and demeanor)must be professional.   Candidate should be self motivated, able to understand direction and be part of the team. Ability to understand what work/items covered within the contract to ensure compliance.
