Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) analyst for a contract assignment with one of our premier financial industry clients in Chicago, IL.
Responsibilities:  


* As a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) analyst, you will have responsibility for creating user acceptance test/business scenarios for one or more projects within the Global Commercial Card team.

* User acceptance testing validates that both online functionality and supporting business processes operate as specified and in a way that provides an outstanding experience for our clients.

* Attend design reviews, requirements sessions, core team meetings, and technical team meetings.

* Understand business requirements and business operating processes/procedures in order to guide development of effective UAT deliverables that fully test impacted business and operational groups.

* Facilitate creation of the UAT Test Strategy, UAT Test Plan, and execution schedule.

* Compose test scenarios, cases and related data.

* Ensure UAT test scripts are aligned to the requirements.

* Work closely with the IT QA team, Development team, vendors and UAT testers (Business) to ensure the complete test strategy is executed.

* Coordinate with Development team, vendor and QA team to ensure UAT environment is ready for testing.

* Coordinate implementation weekend testing when needed.

* Partner with business, operations, and training teams to ensure end-to-end operating model procedures are defined and tested.

* Organize and facilitate meetings

Required Skills:  


* Client Quality Center, Microsoft Office Suite required

* QTP, SQL, XML preferred

* Financial, Bank, or Credit Card experience preferred

* Must be proficient with Client Quality Center
