Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Dynamics CRM Analyst for a contract assignment with one of our premier financial clients in Tampa, FL.

As a Dynamics CRM Analyst you will be focused on the delivery and implementation of Microsoft's Dynamics CRM solution for the Escrow business. The analyst will have developed deep technical skills in Dynamics CRM that will be used in performing these tasks.

A Dynamics CRM Analyst will spend a majority of their time executing tasks related to client delivery. The anlayst will be placed on a project team that will be defined and organized according to the skills and experience required for the implementation. The analyst will be familiar with software implementation and structured implementation methodologies. Most of this client time will be focused on detailed project tasks. The Dynamics CRM analyst will also be expected to participate in team building and to develop team and client relationships.

Responsibilities:  


* Analyze front office processes (sales, marketing and middle office) to build completely new interfaces as per requirements

* Implement and deploy Microsoft Dynamics CRM

* Configure the application to meet a client's requirements using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customization Tool, Workflow Took, or SDK

* Identify creative work-arounds to meet requirements without the development of custom code

* Understand the functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code

* Train client personnel on the usage and administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (functional user training and technical training)

* Design and integrate business processes and data flows between CRM applications and other applications, such as back office/ERP/Business specific applications

* Develop data conversion and testing strategies

* Develop high level project work plans

* Manage individual and team budgets and scope of work

* Lead client meetings or facilitated strategy sessions

Required Skills:  


* 4 year degree in business, MIS, or equivalent

* 5 years experience implementing large packaged CRM applications (Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SalesForce.com) required

* 3 years of implementation experience with MS Dynamics CRM in a medium to large scale (100 users) environment required;

* 2 years of .net, preferably in an SDK environment required

* 2 year of experience integrating MS Dynamics with other Java based applications

* Experience with Dynamics CRM 2011 required

Preferred Skills:  


* Scribe experience preferred

* Jscript experience preferred

* Significant experience with sales management, marketing, and/or customer service processes

* Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certification preferred
