Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an .ASP/GUI Developer for a contract assignment with one of our premier financial industry clients in Columbus, OH.

Responsibilities

* Designs, analyzes, develops, codes, tests, debugs and documents programming to satisfy business requirements

* Design and deliver architectures, user interfaces, middle-tier and server-side components

* Work directly with business analysts and project managers and develop innovative technology solutions

* Research and evaluate alternative solutions and make recommendations

* Conduct data analysis of and resolve application production issues
Required Skills:  


* Bachelors degree in Technology or Computer Science

* 4 years experience as an application developer

* Advanced skills and experience with SQL Server 2008 and T-SQL skills

* Intermediate to advanced skills with .NET 2/0 (2005/2008) GUI development

* Familiarity with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)

* Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem solving techniques in a highly challenging, fast paced environment

* Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills; ability to logically identify process flows and design effective solutions

* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships between business and technology community

* Banking experience is REQUIRED

* Legal systems experience is desirable

* Self starter with ability to work independently

* Strong oral and written communication skills

* Proactive attitude and keen sense of urgency to resolve business issues and problems
