Software Guidance and Assistance is looking for a Compliance Reporting Analyst for our top financial clients in Livingston, NJ. This position is for a Compliance Reporting Analyst. The Compliance Training Group is responsible for developing, delivering, implementing, tracking and reporting on training globally. This officer will be responsible for assisting the Compliance training team in managing the daily tasks required to effectively manage the assignment and tracking of dozens of compliance training modules around the world and help build the compliance training function to meet regulatory standards.

* The compliance training analyst will be responsible for:

* Assisting in the compliance training roll-out process using GeoLearning Learning Management System;

* Tracking statistics for training completion and reporting them to appropriate managers, compliance officers, and others;

* Following up with delinquent staff members who have not timely completed training to ensure completion of training required;

* Assisting learners with training related technical issues encountered during the training process;

* Preparing overdue training reporting and administering the training escalation process for delinquent learners;

* Prepare weekly and monthly MIS and ad hoc reports for management;

* Testing and updating content to the Global Compliance training Learning Management System;

* Liaising with regional and global counterparts to capture all firm training and help ensure a seamless global training process;

* Participate in ad-hoc projects to enhance the Compliance Training Team's overall processes.

Minimum Skills Strong analytical skills

* Excellent PC skills are required; strong Access skills and advanced

* Excel skills are a must (v-lookup, pivot tables, etc.);

* Strong knowledge of LMS, reporting, ability to analyze data Attention to detail and strong organization skills

* Good communication and inter-personal skills

* Positive attitude and desire to learn and grow in a compliance training role

* Bachelor's Degree Financial, legal and/or training background is valuable, as well as experience in a regulated financial institution training function

* Strong spelling and proofreading skills
