Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an Engineer Analyst for a Right to Hire assignment with one of our premier financial industry clients in Columbus, OH.
Required Skills:  


* At least 3 years distributed application support and configuration

* At least 3 years experience with web application servers

* Primary web application servers are IIS on Windows and Apache/WebSphere on AIX. Other experience will be considered.

* Web Server

* Web Logic

* MS IIS

Desired Skills:  


* Knowledge of corporate rigor and discipline in execution against well defined risk and security standards.

* High level of personal commitment to each task, a can do attitude and a drive to deliver.

* Ability to pitch communication at different audiences appropriately, from technical colleagues to managers in the business.

* Strong communication skills to be able to communicate at all levels.

* High level of responsibility and Ownership from inception through to implementation.

* The candidate should have a proactive approach to problem solving.

* Good analysis skills in order to aid in trouble shooting and problem solving

* Ability to set goals and steer team/teams and guide on strategy.

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology. Master's degree in Finance, Computer Science, or Information Technology a plus.

* Focus of work experience should be with web and application servers such as WebSphere, IIS, Apache/HTTP Server, and Weblogic.

* Experience with WebSphere MQ Server, Perl/Shell Scripting, IIS, ASP/X a plus.

* Experience in UNIX based environment
