Peoplesoft Campus Solutions Competency Lead


Dell products and services enable our Higher Education customers to achieve their goals by solving their most critical technology initiatives. We are currently looking for a Peoplesoft Campus Solutions Competency Lead to join our Services Team. This is an exciting new role in the organization that will establish and lead the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Practice.

The Peoplesoft Campus Solutions Competency Lead willoversee implementation planning, fit gap analysis, application configuration, quality assurance testing (creating thorough test scripts and test case scenarios) and production support of enhancements and break/fix activity. You will own Business (Revenue and Margin) targets for the PeopleSoft Campus Practice and single point of ownership for all Campus Solutions Delivery for both Consulting and AMS/Modernization projects.

***This is a virtual/remote role which will require 75% travel

Responsibilities will include:

- Own the complete delivery organization for PeopleSoft Campus Solutions
- Demonstrate thought leadership in the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Space
- Create Peoplesoft Campus Delivery capabilities and processes based on best practices
- Independently lead large project implementations & accounts
- Own solution building, competencies and capabilities around PeopleSoft Campus Solutions
- Lead the creation of differentiators and market leading service capabilities
- Enable and assist in PeopleSoft Sales / Pre-Sales/ Solution creation efforts
- Work closely with Sales Practitioners to deliver on Business Targets
- Effectively communicate with customer C-Level Executives, Customer Decision Makers, Business Users, and End users
- Work with a global delivery team (Onshore, Off-shore and near-shore resources), to establish and lead the practice in a global delivery model
- conduct functional overview sessions/ conference room pilots
- Review documents related to to-be process, functional designs and functional test cases,
- Conduct functional testing

Requirements

- Undergraduate degree and 8-10 years relevant experience in Peoplesoft, with a minimum of 3-5 years' functional experience in Peoplesoft Campus Solutions encompassing Implementation, upgrade & support projects
- Strong implementation & support background across multiple PeopleSoft Campus Solutions customers & projects
- Proven Ability in establishing and leading large Practices in Global Delivery models
- Experience working with a global delivery teams (Onshore, Off-shore and near-shore resources), coordinating work efforts and ensuring project delivery dates are met on time and within budget
