This new offering expands Dell Cloud Business Applications portfolio with industry leading cloud-based customer service application. The solutions we provide help SMBs integrate cloud technology into their IT environments without disrupting their business processes as there is no incremental hardware or software to install or maintain.
We are currently looking for a Fully Certified Sr. Salesforce.comTechnical Architect to join our Salesforce Consulting Practice. We're looking for individuals that are fully certified Technical Architects, but we would be willing to consider someone that is close to receiving their certification. The Technical Architect will play a key role in solving complex problems, assisting the pre-sales process and also the delivery team in finding solutions to most challenging problems. We are open to applicants who reside in the US, UK, Canada or Europe.
**The position will involve 50-75% travel and the remaining timeyou can work remotely from your home.
-Responsible for designing/creating applications, customer objects, custom tabs, standard objects,
and role page lay-outs
-Performing custom reports design of Visual Force Pages, dashboards, and various other components
as per the client's and application's requirements
-Responsible for the administration, configuration and the implementation and support of the
-Responsible for implementing security and sharing rules at object, field, and record level for different
users at different levels of the organization
-Responsible for writing triggers and test classes in Apex and writing Apex Classes for Controllers
-Responsible for writing SOQL / SOSL
-Providing technical mentoring of junior resources
-Conducting Web Service calls such as SOAP / REST API J2EE
-Prefer candidates who have passed all phases of the Salesforce.com certification process (Written &
-Would be willing to consider candidates who are close to being Fully Certified
-10 years of Salesforce CRM experience
-8 years of Salesforce Architect experience
-Experience with creatingthe validation rules, approval process, workflows for automated lead
routing, and lead escalation
-Experience with designing and developing APEX Triggers for various functional needs in the
-Experience with designing various WebPages in Visual Force for functional needs within SFDC
-Experience working with Force.com IDE, Data Loader, Import Wizards and salesforce.com in
-Experience indebuggingapplications using the debugging tools provided by the Visual Studio .Net
IDE OR Eclipse IDE
-Excellent in implementing Object Oriented Programming (OOPS) techniques
-Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
-Highly motivated, team player with good technical and analytical skills
-Experience in generation extensive reports and dashboards
-Experience with Webservice security
-Salesforce Architect Certification
