We are seeking a CommVault System Engineer for our Professional Services team.  In this role you will be responsible for installing and deploying CommVault Simpana v10 at the Client site.

Responsibilities:
* Provide implementation and consulting services to meet the solution design and deliverables
* Assist with basic project management (project plans, schedules, communication plan, resource plan, etc.)
* Provide on-site CommVault Simpana v10 product knowledge transfer to clients' system administration personnel  
* Assist with post installation issues
 

Required Skills:
* MUST be CommVault Simpana v10 certified
* Experience installing, configuring and deploying CommVault Simpana v10
* Practical experience of data management & information life cycle management
* Practical experience with Storage Area Networks and NAS devices
* Previous administration experience of enterprise class applications and hardware
* Advanced administration and troubleshooting of Windows server environments
* Troubleshooting, administration, and configuration of IP networks
* Comply with annual drug and background screening
* Virtualization in Complex environments
* Previous experience with other backup software, such as Veritas, Legato, and Brightstor, etc.
* Ability to take ownership of trouble tickets, collect and analyze information and resolve/document issues   
* Must be a very technical individual with exceptional time management skills as the tasks must be performed in a timely fashion


Preferred Skills:
* Executive or VIP Customer Support experience
* Field Engineering
* Firewall configuration and administration
* Microsoft certifications  
* Technical support experience
* Active Directory
* CommVault Administrative, Support, Engineer training and certification
* Troubleshooting and configuration of SCSI, iSCSI and FC devices
* UNIX or Linux familiarity
* Windows clustering
* Project Management or PMP
