Our client is currently seeking an Sr. Application Developer.

The Senior Application Developer is responsible for web application / interfaces development using Java/J2EE and related technologies. This position is responsible for performing hands-on coding and assisting with application design / development solutions. This includes providing expertise in software development disciplines in the area of design, coding, testing, deployment, software management and integration.

Responsibilities:

?Define and participate in the design / development processes, including creating accurate estimates, proof of concept,implementing coding best practices, perform code reviews, unit testing,supporting QE in testing, deployment and other development activities

?Maintain and enhance applications on an ongoing basis per user/customer feedback.

?Strong knowledge of the SDLC including client requirements gathering, design specifications, solution development and testing of client applications, client support, training, and systems integration.

?Optimize performance and scalability as necessary to meet business and financial goals of application and environment.

?Provide prompt business hours and after hours resolutions to product issues in production

Preference:

CRM and Telco experience a plus
