Job Description

As our Director of Accounts, your primary focus will be to coordinate OSIsoft’s touch points for named, global accounts, including local and regional sales account management, field service, customer technical support, industry and marketing principals, partners, and back office areas such as purchasing and finance. 

Your main objective will be to strive for a high customer satisfaction and experience level from a globally consistent OSIsoft look, feel, and performance.  Your focus will be on value generation and sustainment. 

You Will Be Asked To:

  • Increase the depth and breadth of the OSIsoft technological and business footprint with the customer.
  • Ensure that the customer sees value and satisfaction from their relationship with OSIsoft.
  • Build executive level relationships and know the customer throughout the entire Customer ecosystem.
  • Construct and lead a virtual account team.
  • Understand your customer’s business goals, issues and priorities and how OSIsoft can be an influential partner.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • The development and maintenance of a cohesive account plan and strategy.
  • An EA pursuit (if applicable) or global pursuit driven from the top of the organization.
  • Maximizing OSIsoft’s investment in your customer.
  • Creating and executing a communication plan across the company and your virtual team.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will:

  • Influence the strategic alliance between OSIsoft and your customer.
  • Promote OSIsoft’s Sales leadership and the Sales organization to benefit your customer.
  • Portray OSIsoft to be a pathfinder for your customer by providing input regarding technology and improved customer support.
