• Programmer Analyst 5

Northrop Grumman Information Systems Sector is seeking a Programmer Analyst 5. This position is located in New Orleans, LA. Roles and responsibilites: As an ERP programmer, analyzes/designs/develops/configures/tests PeopleSoft client/server enterprise application tables, panels, and reports. Converts data, develops code, and creates and executes unit tests. Troubleshoots and resolves testing issues. Responsible for requirements analysis and design specifications. Codes individual modules and functions. Responsible for technical documentation verification and installation testing. Responsible for software integration and external interface development.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 14 years or more of professional experience; or 12 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Candidate must possess the following set of skills: experience in analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of applications in the PeopleSoft 8.x or higher environment. Candidate should have extensive knowledge of PeopleTools, Application Designer, Peoplecode, Application Engine, SQR, Crystal, Oracle (SQL,PL/SQL) query, Process Scheduler. Candidate should have good written and verbal communication skills, and should be able to work efficiently individually or in a team environment. PeopleTools, Application Designer, Peoplecode, Application Engine, SQR, Crystal, Oracle (SQL,PL/SQL), Oracle (SQL,PL/SQL) query, Process Scheduler. This position is contingent upon contract award, budget, and/or customer approval.
