An immediate opening for a Silverlight Developer in Newport Beach, CA.

We are seeking skilled .Net/Silverlight developers who want to develop software in an agile environment and be part of a fast growing team!  We're looking for experienced WPF or Silverlight developers targeted towards a transition into HTML5.

Our projects include applications to maintain the Silverlight environment, new WPF and HTML5 cross-platform applications We are looking to hire
individuals with leadership potential, integrity, intellectual curiosity, a sharp analytical mind, creativity, and the ability to work with people at all levels in an organization.

We focus on taking existing data and dynamically organizing it so that the user's knowledge of the data can be leveraged to analyze and understand the data in ways that were not possible before. Our aim is to create business intelligence that does not replace the intelligence of the users but allows user intelligence and knowledge to be used at greater power and efficiency.

We accomplish this through careful design of the user interface using the appropriate frameworks, such as Silverlight, WPF or HTML5.
Applicants should be familiar with Silverlight binding, control templating, MVVM, MEF, Silverlight UI fundamentals and various service technologies, primarily WCF.  Candidates must be motivated to learn about benefits of new product versions and patterns and discern which are able to be utilized by our projects.  A strong foundation in .NET and SQL is a must.
