The vendor shall provide individuals who are skilled in PHP 5, MVC patterns, SQL, javascript, CSS and HTML to include templates, custom design, installation, configuration, and development of custom applications in an Internet Explorer environment.  Experience with an Informix database management system, PDO and SourceSafe would be ideal.  Professional level expertise in website programming is critical to project success and candidates should be prepared to submit a portfolio of previous development work for review.  A minimum of two years professional development experience in all above technologies is required.

Deliverables

Key project deliverables include:

• Identify key modules and prioritize system development
• Design and develop application flow and screen design to meet customer needs.
• Comment and document all code to facilitate future development by the DOC.
• Identify possible database schema changes and conversion issues of current tables.
• Debug and test application.
