My client needs a Financial Analyst for a 5 month contract in Livingston, NJ.

Responsibilities:
-Assist with integration of new legal entities into the existing financial reporting systems architecture.
-Develop an understanding of the financial reporting applications and assist in maintaining the underlying monthly and year-end processes.
-Collaborate with Finance, Accounting and IT teams to understand documentation and training needs. Work with the appropriate teams to deliver the needed materials.
-Document the business requirements for change management to the IT team.
-Participate in the design and testing phases, including design and testing of prototypes and orchestration and sign-off on acceptance test results to ensure design integrity.

Qualifications
-Must have Essbase OLAP database knowledge and experience with the Essbase Excel Add-In.
-Knowledge of arcplan Enterprise business intelligence reporting and analytics platform is a plus.
-Bachelor's degree and a minimum 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst or related discipline.
-Excellent written and oral communications skills.
-Ability to translate business requirements into clear, concise application design specifications.
-Ability to think analytically, define problems and frame solutions.
-Ability to understand and interact with technically-oriented team members.
-Ability to interact with financial personnel to interpret business requirements.
-Familiarity with Financial Planning, Analysis and Reporting Systems.
