• Must have had prior experience in technical leadership of a software project team

• Excellent understanding of a Business Process Management framework (Appian, Intalio, Oracle BPM, etc.)

• Experience in leading system data migration

• Strong experience with SQL
• Accustomed to using a software development methodology, like Agile or similar

Minimum Experience

• 6+ years of experience in software development through the entire development lifecycle
• 2+ years as a technical lead / architect
• 5+ years Java
• 2+ years with web services development
• 2+ years BPM or BPMN-driven workflow environment

• 1+ years data modeling and ETL

• Speak well and clearly
• Routinely communicate with the client and upper management regarding technology, standards and practices, project statuses, etc.
