Technical Skill set and desired experience:

• Enterprise CRM systems (Oracle/Telesales).
• Business process documentation
• Business requirements definition and documentation  (proven experience to work with customers on this)
• Test plan development and coordination
• Change management coordination and communication
• Coordination and testing with developer to ensure solution meets requirements
• Coordination of System integration and user acceptance testing
• Other experience that demonstrates expertise in the Duties listed above.

Soft Skill set:

• Extroverted and pleasant demeanor, patient and willing/eager to listen to customers
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
