The ideal candidate must have in-depth working knowledge of web related languages/technologies (J2EE, Web services, SOA, etc.) and enterprise database systems. Our client is seeking an individual who has very strong experience in translating business requirements into software solutions and leading a team of developers through a formal development process.

Skills and Knowledge required for the role:

• Demonstrated knowledge of Web related languages/technologies (J2EE, Web Service Stacks, SOA, Websphere, etc.)
• Demonstrated knowledge  enterprise data systems including RDBMS, data warehousing, datamarts, OLTP, OLAP
• Must be able to determine solutions on your own and support  your decisions to stakeholders
• Must have experience with systems/software solution testing
• Should have experience in  “911” type environments where uptime, scalability and availability are business critical requirements
• High level of sound logic and analytical ability where problems are unusual and extremely difficult
• Highly developed oral and written communications skills
• High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others, motivate employees and elicit work output
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly developed presentation skills

 Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in CS, MIS or related field, Advanced degree preferred. Please complete details in the resume.
• Must have 7-10 years overall experience with multiple projects leading developers through full lifecycles under a formal methodology (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, RUP, etc.)
