WAS Migration Assistance Resource required
· We are in need for a WebSphere Specialist, to assist our customer with WebSphere Upgrade activities. The WebSphere Specialist's activities may include, but not limited to:
· Assist in a review of the application architecture
· Support the development an upgrade plan for upgrading WebSphere Application Server from version 6 to version 7 to version 8
· Describe and document the dependencies and risks
· Assist in the associated migration of servers and court applications
· Assist with the integration of security and third party products within the WebSphere architecture
· Assist with performance tuning and optimization
· Support the technical analysis and design
· Assist in the development and implementation of test scripts, and documentation of problems and issues (if any)
· Assist in the migration of the court framework and court applications
Note: The customer is looking for someone with WAS admin as well as some development experience so please do not send a pure Admin profiles.
Client resources will participate actively in the upgrading activities above, and will provide a substantial portion of the team under the direction of the Client project manager.
