Ciber is currently seeking a Java Developer Team Lead in the Washington, DC area.
Responsibilities Include:
- Responsible for the technical direction, coding standards, code reviews and team stability.
- Assists Project & Product team in identifying and prioritizing opportunities for utilizing technology to achieve the goals of the enterprise.
- Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.
- Independently solves complex problems.
- Takes a new perspective using existing solutions.
- Works independently, receives minimal guidance.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience and may direct the work of other staff members.
- Manage On-Call rotation.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Java Development
- Spring
- Struts 2
- Hibernate
- Web Services (REST & SOAP)
