• Systems Integration Engineer 3

Northrop Grumman Information Systems Sector is seeking a Systems Integration Engineer 3 to join our Integration and Test Team at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Maryland. Our Integration and Test facility provides a technically challenging work environment where you will get to work hands on with leading edge, software, hardware, and encryption and communications equipment. We Integrate and Test FBCB2-JCR application software work closely with our Software Developers, Systems Engineers and take great pride in our ability to provide innovative solutions for our customers. I&T team members are responsible for troubleshooting software and hardware issues as well as validating new software builds before release.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

* Military experience with experience in Digital and Satellite Communication, FBCB2/BFT, or as a Network Administrator or Recent verifiable FBCB2/JCR Software Experience with an emphasis on networks and information systems.

* High School with at least 9 years experience OR Associates in Networking & Network Systems OR Bachelor's Degree with 5 years related experience

* Experience working with digital radios and radio networks

* Experience working with satellite communications

* Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret level clearance.

* Ability to perform occasional travel to support field events and test.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Ex Military with experience in Digital/Satellite Communications, FBCB2/BFT, Network Administration.

* Active Secret Clearance Previous experience traveling to support field events and test as required.
