ABOUT THE ROLE/ STRUCTURE:
SFDC is seeking an experienced, dynamic and innovative analyst to support the Product Management team. This role will focus on defining different customer journeys and experience through the analysis of data. This person must be able to build up an understanding of our different customer segments and advise the best way to reach them and deploy marketing nurture campaigns. Pivotal to this role, will be the understanding of the SFDC database of prospect/customers, the profiles, how best to segment, and provide customer lists for targeted campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
aC/A A A Create, understand and maintain prospect/customer profiles
aC/A A A Conduct analysis on the database, to provide accurately segmented data
aC/A A A Provide regular analysis and insights in to the prospect/customer database
aC/A A A Develop and maintain a data cleansing program
aC/A A A Work with global teams to ensure and develop data quality and enhancement programs
aC/A A A Ensure communication and coordination of data analysis with all departments
Excellent exposure to excel.
Exposure to databases like SQL and MYSQL.
Experience on Splunk preferred
Exposure to VB / VBA.
Need resources who can join immediately.
