Overview:
Core Team Member of the Enterprise Data Management (EDM) Team on the EVEREST SAP Implementation Project. You will be responsible for the development of data validation reporting solutions for multiple global implementation teams through various phases of the project. Work with EDM members and business teams to analyze and design the custom reporting solutions, templates and models, as well as perform appropriate data validation
Responsibilities:
Core Team Member of the Enterprise Data Management (EDM) Team on the EVEREST SAP Implementation Project. You will be responsible for the development of data validation reporting solutions for multiple global implementation teams through various phases of the project. Work with EDM members and business teams to analyze and design the custom reporting solutions, templates and models, as well as perform appropriate data validation
Responsibilities:
- Document specifications for reports and data mapping
- Create and modify Reports as per user requirements
- Work with the internal technical and functional leads to provide the best possible alignment of user requirements against the available technology options
- Design and implement continuous improvement in the process
- Work in and across multiple technology platforms for report delivery
- Track, measure & report progress of his/her area to project schedule
- Identify, resolve and escalate issues
- Integrate with Wave Data Migration Coordinator, EDM Wave Leaders, IT Data Migration Core Team, and Transitional Leaders.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Technology or a related field
- 1 to 2 years of experience in MS Access Visual Basic and SQL programing
- Advanced knowledge and experience in the development and usage of relational databases
- Proven organization and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with persons at multiple levels in the organization dealing with both business and technical aspects, e.g. portraying complex data scenarios and clarifying specific business requirements
- Authorization to work in the United States without restrictions as to duration
- Experience working in various roles on a team
Preferred:
- Experience or knowledge of Master Data Org. Design, Master and Transactional Data Migration Management
- Experience with SAP ECC 6.0, CRM and any related master data design and use
- Experience with Cognos
- Business experience migrating or managing master data
