We are currently seeking a Senior Website Developer to join an ecommerce site development team. Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, and jQuery along with your knowledge of service oriented architectures, design patterns, and frameworks to enhance the software that supports the website. You will be working in Java and the Spring MVC framework. The ideal candidate can comfortably work with the entire technology stack, from browser to database.

Primary Responsibilities:
     Develop features and functionality for the company's website
     Design and implement front end features where you will be working with other front end developers designing a rich user interface
     Provide web development leadership, introducing new technologies and techniques to the team
     Interact directly with internal business areas such as marketing and merchandising to define and clarify specifications, analyze business processes, and define solutions
     Develop primarily using Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
     Lead a project team in delivery of significant projects
     Perform code and test plan reviews, taking responsibility for the quality of released software
     Develop prototypes of new technologies as needed
     Develop project plans for large projects
     Mentor other developers

Qualifications:
     Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent
     Five or more years of professional web development. Experience working on public database-driven websites is preferred, but not required.
     Experience with design patterns and frameworks. Experience with Spring MVC is preferred, but not required.
     Strong analysis, design, development and leadership skills
     Strong communication skills; you will be working with a variety of business leaders throughout the company
     Proven track record delivering high quality features to production
