Our client is seeking an ADF Application Programmer in Brooklyn, New York (NY).

The consultant shall provide extensive ADF programming work and application support for all future builds of the Risk Based Inspection System (RBIS) which is a web application that encompasses Transactional Database (OLTP), analytical Data Warehouses (DW), Data Marts (DM), Business Intelligence (BI) reporting, and ad hoc business reporting. The ideal candidate should have exposure to Oracle Business Process Management (BPM) and be able to assess the feasibility of the requirements and be responsible for the implementation of the integration of RBIS with other systems developed using the Oracle BPM tool.

This consultant will be responsible for and participate in the UI design, ADF development work, unit testing, and technical documentation for application development work performed. This developer will be part of an IT team which consists of database administrators/programmers, ADF programmers, system/network administrator, and business analyst.

Mandatory Skills/Experience (Note: candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered.):
* Minimum 4 years of solid working experience Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) preferably with ADF 11.1.1.5
* Strong understanding of Oracle 10g or higher version
* Extensive working experience with JDeveloper, JSF, PL/SQL, XML, HTML, JSP and JAVA, and WebLogic server
* Must be able to work with business analyst to translate requirements into application development
* Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills
