POSITION SUMMARY: Leads the effort to support, manage and customize Human Resources, Payroll and Human Capital Management applications associated with our JD Edwards EnterpriseOne implementation. Duties and Responsibilities Implements and supports EnterpriseOne HR and Payroll applications. Analyzes and designs JDE reports/applications to fulfill business requirements. Develops JDE EnterpriseOne enhancement reports, both in Enterprise Report Writer (ERW), and BI Publisher Embedded. Assesses configuration opportunities, including AAI configurations, role security, and other configurations to discover areas for improvement. Implements, supports and upgrades of JDE EnterpriseOne applications, specifically in the area of H/R and Payroll. Team lead for H/R, Payroll, and HCM applications - holds supervisory responsibility for others in the EnterpriseOne HR/Payroll analysis and support group. Creates logic diagrams, assists in debugging of programs, testing and correction of program logic. Maps business process into JDE applications and functions. Prepares conceptual design documents and technical specifications. Prepares use case testing scripts to ensure quality delivery of customizations. Ensures that all IT standards are complied with including Architecture Review and Change Management. Accepts personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work assigned and assumes ownership of the results. Collaborates well with all levels of personnel within the company.
