Job Description:
This position requires analytical skills to understand various ways Cisco products are compromised and will need to use that knowledge in identifying suspicious devices bot with data forensics and physical inspection.
Candidate will be responsible for testing Cisco products for authenticity and functionality. This will require basic understanding of Hardware and software components and design. Candidate will be responsible for setting up a lab, analyze data, provide reports etc. Candidate will also be trained in how to handle Cisco devices in a live customer environment.

Key responsibilities will include:
Understanding Brand Protection function, processes, technologies and collaboration
Product testing that arrive from various sources within Brand Protection
Data capture and reporting
Updating of tools and systems with results
Communication with the customer on explaining the results and impact
Setting up a lab for the project for use by both internal and external teams
Work with engineering teams across Cisco to understand differences in design, variations, trends etc. of Cisco products and non-genuine products.
Occasionally travel to customer sites to safely handle equipment for testing
