WORKDAY INTEGRATION SENIOR CONSULTANT
Opportunity:
Due to explosive growth, our Workday practice is actively expanding our staff . We are looking for consulting professionals with experience in HR Technology program/project management implementations .
This represents a unique opportunity for candidates with experience in various HR packages (i.e. SAP HR, PeopleSoft HR, Lawson HR, etc.) to go through Deloitte sponsored training and certification in the Workday product.
Workday is the leading, next generation, SaaS, enterprise business services platform. This is an opportunity for you to leverage your past HRIS implementation experience while learning and contributing to evolving best practices for deploying Cloud HCM solutions.
We are currently looking for Integration Senior Consultants to join our team.
Essential Functions of the Job:
Workday consulting professionals are involved in the design and implementation of custom, technology enabled business solutions.
Work Stream lead on projects, responsible for leading consulting and client resources.
Work directly with key business and IT stakeholders to confirm requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions and ultimately drive requirements sign-off.
Evaluate, communicate and coordinate the technical impacts of application configuration decisions.
Create detailed system interface specifications, field mapping, and system process designs.
Develop, test and deploy integrations required to meet business requirements.
Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate clients on developing and operating interfaces to and from a SaaS platform.
Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns to project management.
Help shape Deloitte's future by getting involved in recruiting, team building, methodology improvement, and developing internal tools.
Required Skills:
A technical professional with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of HR applications and 4 years of industry and/or consulting experience.
At least 4 years of experience implementing HR applications (SAP, PeopleSoft, Lawson, etc.).
Must possess at least 1 year of experience acting as a team lead on project(s).
Project experience in a technical or techno-functional role on one or more ERP implementation projects using SOA tools (SAP NetWeaver, Oracle Fusion, Workday Studio or other middleware platform).
Demonstrated proficiency with web service technologies (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, etc).
Able to collaborate with clients and have a strong desire to excel.
Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.
Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree a plus.
Ability to travel approximately 25% - 75%.
