Daily Responsibilities
Performs a variety of administration-professional human resource functions in areas such as recruitment; compensation; employee relations; training and development; EEO-Affirmative Action; and benefits administration. Responsible for completion of human resources related projects. May advise management of corporate personnel practices, policies, and procedures; and make recommendations for change of corporate personnel practices, policies, and procedures. Will be the first line responder to employees and managers who have questions and/or concerns. Will work closely with managers to manage performance. Will investigate concerns that are raised and made recommendations for resolution.
