SRAas Civil IT Solutions & Operations (CISO) provides comprehensive professional and information technology (IT) consulting services and solutions focusing on government, infrastructure support and managed services, as well as work for the Department of State and U.S. Agency for International Development.
The Department of State (DoS) Bureau of Information Resource Management (IRM) provides global enterprise IT services across the Department for furthering diplomacy and securing information services and data, anytime and anywhere. The IRM bureau has an IT consolidation and management strategy that supports the Department's systems, networks, telephony, mobile computing, tools, and design/security engineering in classified, unclassified, and sensitive but unclassified (SBU) environments. IRM is procuring these global services through the Vanguard II, Task Order 2.2.1. SRA has joined an expert team of small and large companies, led by SAIC, to execute Task Order 2.2.1 and to provide dedicated, superior IT services to IRM and its foreign affairs community stakeholders across the globe. "
Position will be located from one of our clientas locations in the DC metro area. This project requires at minimum an active SECRET clearance with eligibility to obtain a TOP SECRET clearance. This project can utilize clearances up to an active TS/SCI.
Daily Responsibilities
Continued > Primary objectives are to lead a small group of people providing enterprise network management, including the network and various tools.
> Conduct due diligence work to evaluate the status and needs of the program; perform a gap analysis to help determine what is needed for successful transition.
> Interview incumbent staff on the tasks that will transfer over to the new program.
> Provide strong technical leadership and project management skills. Present findings to the prime and the client in meetings; and follow up with staff on action items.

required by the GTM.
* Maintain PKIIBLADE deployment project plan.
* Responsible for installation and training documentation
* Coordinate deployment logistics.
* Train security officers, network administrators, and LRA in the operations and
security of the PKIIBLADE.
* Provide the actual process for the installation of appropriate PKIIBLADE hardware,
software and other required, but non-PKI packages.
* Provide the on-site training for users in the operation of the PKI hardware and
software. The installation schedule will be dependent on the program's
implementation schedule identified by the Program Manager.
* Train security officers, network administrators, and LRAs to run the PKIIBLADE
program.
* Provide the on-site training of users in the operation of the PKIIBLADE hardware
and software. The installation schedule will be dependent on the programs
implementation schedule identified by the Program Manager.
* Assist the Foreign Service Institute (FSI) in the development and review of the
PKI/BLADE training materials.
* Installs, configure, and troubleshoot PKIIBLADE hardware and software.
* Provide Training to End Users, LRAs, SA-LRAs, and System Administrators.
* Serve as PKI Registration Authority, responsible for creating, recovering, and
revoking PKI credentials.
* Conduct face-to-face user validation.
* Issue Smart Cards containing PKI Certificates
