My client in Baltimore, MD is seeking an Oracle/.NET Developer to work on site in a yearlong contract capacity. This position will be 70% PL/SQL development and 30% .NET development, so candidates must have experience with both. Within the Commercial IT Wholesale organization and the Finance and Risk Mgmt team, this resource will maintain, support and enhance various Wholesale Finance C#/.NET and PL/SQL business unit applications.

Knowledge/Abilities:

• Very strong technical knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle SQL Developer including SQL tuning
• Technical knowledge of .NET/C# (VS 2008) applications and the various support activities
• Strong technical knowledge of supporting and enhancing large database environments in Oracle 10g
• Functional knowledge of the Finance business
• Support of multiple application instances that facilitate release management and testing in a structured, process driven environment
• Excellent written and oral communications skills with experience interfacing with business and IT resources at all levels within the organization including upper management

Education/Experience:

• Computer Science, Information Systems or related bachelors of science degree
• At least 4 years of experience within the Primary Duties and Responsibilities context noted above
