Data Systems Analysts has an opportunity for a php Developer. This position is located at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD.

As a php developer, you will become part of an application development team that works with state of the art technology creating applications that support over 200,000 users in the US Army. Using php and open source and COTS technologies, you will be responsible for application design, development, testing, debugging and documentation.

Required Clearance/Certifications:

•Candidate must hold or be eligible for DoD Secret clearance.

•Candidate is required to have or obtain CompTIA Security+ certification within 1 month after employment start date.

Job Requirement:

•Three to five years’ experience developing applications with php.

•Experienced with current technologies including object oriented design and development.

•Experience designing and developing web applications, designing user interfaces, writing test plans, testing applications

Desired Skills:

•Army or DoD experience.

•Experience with SCRUM and Agile development methodologies

•Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.

•Excellent analytical and customer service skills.

•Creative problem-solving skills and an ability to apply business logic to development requirements.

Required/Desired Education:

Bachelor’s degree.
