The Investor Reporting Department is looking for an analyst to join our dynamic team with the following responsibilities:

  • Perform scheduled transactional and survey reporting as required by Making Home Affordable (MHA) programs.
  • Perform regular reconciliations of data reported to IR2 (MHA System of Record) to ensure completeness of reporting statuses.
  • Perform scheduled reconciliations to identify any unreported items and categorize reasons into action plans to close the reporting.
  • Keep abreast of changes in existing and new reporting requirements and communicate with Business Analysts to ensure timely development of data collection processes.
  • Work closely with the Business Analysts to ensure all MHA reporting requirements are met.
  • Work closely with business units and Business Analysts to ensure process updates have been accounted for in data collection processes.
  • Manage and track through to resolution any anomalies found from the data reconciliation processes and provide feedback to stakeholders.
  • Perform scheduled reconciliations of incentives paid out in program to ensure completeness of payment application processes and communicate outages to stakeholders.
  • Respond timely to various FNMA (Fannie Mae as Program Administrator) Outreach requests.
  • Respond timely to various MHA Compliance Audit requests.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required for this position.
  • Prior mortgage experience is preferred.
  • Prior accounting and/or finance experience is preferred.
  • The ideal candidate must also be an effective communicator and problem solver.
  • Must be proficient in all Microsoft Applications.
