Job Description:
Candidate should be proficient in written and communication skills.
Candidate should be willing to work in a 24*7 environment.
Candidate should be proficient in networking basics, routing protocols like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP and other LAN/WAN technologies.
Candidate should have awareness of various ticketing tools like remedy, OSS, Cisco works.
Good Working experience with Switches & Routers.
Good understanding of OSI
Any other Cisco certification would be an added advantage.
Should have basic knowledge of computers and troubleshooting skills.
