MUST HAVE:

- Professionally gained experience and subject matter expertise in C/C++ and Java.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience that includes producing and shipping production code.
- An interest in trading / finance

NICE TO HAVE:

- Trading Software Development experience.

Compensation for this role will work for the right person, but for the purposes of gauging fit, this will fall in the $90,000 - $150,000 range, plus stock options, healthcare benefits and a very cool, developer-oriented, jeans-wearing environment.
