Multinational organization seeks a passionate leader to build, manage and mentor a support team that spans across the globe. Ensure that enterprise applications are available 24x7; and deliver timely and reliable service that meet SLA levels. We are looking for someone with previous experience managing large complex ERP, CRM or similar business applications, successfully managed international teams and built strong relationships with other technical and business teams.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business or Computer Science; 5+ years of supporting large Enterprise Level Applications, SAP EEC6 is highly desired; previous experience managing multi-cultural teams, Service Desk and Knowledge Base systems; undertand ITIL or other best practices for operations management. Travel 10-20%.
