We are looking for a Technical .net Lead that thrives in a dynamic and fast paced development environment. In addition to expert level skills in .NET and SQL, the candidate is required to have significant experience in architecting solutions in a high volume environment as well as excellent project management and problem solving skills. Skills:
- 5+ years .NET (C# / ASP.NET / Web Services) and SQL development experience
- At least 3 years experience architecting and implementing large enterprise / e-business systems
- Previous successful experience in a lead/architect role
- Proven track record of designing and maintaining effective, scalable, distributed, high performance software systems
- Proven track record as a problem solver – solving both business problems with effective technical solutions and technical issues in a timely manner utilizing excellent troubleshooting skills and experience
- Superior project management and planning skills - from interpreting business requirements to effectively communicating and liaising with stakeholders as necessary to delivering effective solutions - consistently and in a timely manner
- Strong analytical ability – including experience with analytics / detailed reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
