Functional Consultant

(Core HCM with Reporting, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation & Performance):
Lead functional team and manage all tasks, issues and risks
Lead detailed planning activities for architect, configuration, and testing
Lead HR process design activities and coordinate across other/offshore teams
Lead functional area in the design and configuration of the Workday prototype
Conduct  unit testing and support system testing
Develop and manage testing strategy and approach for unit, system, integration and user acceptance  testing
Manage testing scorecard, defect tracking, and defect resolution
