Position: Senior Dot Net Developer Location: King of Prussia, PA / Brookfield, WI Duration: 6 Months Contract to Hire / Temp to Perm

Position Summary: Develops or modifies software products and/or customer applications.
Responsibilities:
• Designs, codes, installs, and maintains software programs. • Assists in design, coding, and installation of customized application enhancement projects. • Analyzes specifications for application enhancements for compatibility with other systems and within operating guidelines. • Analyzes dumps, debugs problems and applies fix procedures. • Prepares documentation for use by computer operations, applications programming, and user personnel. • Provides technical assistance and information to other systems software, computer operations, applications programming, and data communications personnel at all centers with this environment. • Assists with the training of applications programming and user personnel in the use of software systems. • Reviews new designs, enhancements and programs with supervisor and applications programming personnel for operating efficiencies. Completes other duties as assigned.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science of equivalent education in related discipline is required. Related work experience may be substituted for educational requirement.
Experience Required:
• An excellent knowledge of programming (i.e. program design, coding, testing, debugging, etc.). • An excellent knowledge of how the pieces of a program fit together for the purpose of meeting the requirements of an application. • An excellent knowledge of how to document program design, coding, and maintenance. • An excellent understanding of how critical project completion is to client satisfaction. • Ability to solve problems that require extensive data gathering, investigation, review, and analysis to define the problem, locate its source, and then develop/implement solutions. Sources are difficult to define before developing appropriate solutions. Problem-solving requires the use of complex analytical techniques and innovative thinking. • General responsibilities and objectives are assigned with considerable latitude for defining actions and setting priorities. • Ability to make innovations that will affect the job and suggest changes to the immediate supervisor that affect other related jobs. • Ability to read, understand, and interpret complex business or technical subjects; must be able to discuss or explain this data with others, either internal or external to client. • Expert Knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server 2008 • Knowledge of accounting principles preferred. • Knowledge of relationship of how software relates to hardware used. • Knowledge of software analysis and resolution. • Ability to resolve and follow up on software support issues. • Ability to multi-task. • Excellent communication skills with ability to interact well with others and form consensus.
Position: Senior Software Development Engineer - .Net Technologies Location: Brookfield, WI Duration: 6 Months Contract to Hire / Temp to Perm
The Senior Software Development Engineer will work with the Application Development team in the development, modification, integration, and implementation of technology solutions that support the internal operations of the company. Internal developed solutions include: the company Intranet site and numerous web-based applications, automated processes, databases, and reporting solutions. Also develops and supports implementations and integration of commercial solutions that support the internal operations of the company.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for designing, coding, unit testing, implementing and maintaining web-based applications and supporting programs. Assists with design, coding, and installation of database applications. Assists with implementation and support of vendor-supplied software packages. Evaluate performance of installed software by utilizing available aids to monitor trends, loads, and growth patterns. Prepare documentation for use by development and testing teams and internal clients/sponsors. Analyze specifications for applications enhancements for compatibility with other systems and within operating guidelines.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent education in a related discipline is required.
Required Experience:
Typically requires 5-8 years web-based and database application development experience. Also experience with Tools: Microsoft Visual Studio (2008 & 2010), Team Foundation Server.
