QA Analyst should have business process knowledge or module knowledge (Important). Need to have the application background .

                Oracle

                Oracle EBS

                SQL, PL/SQL, relational databases & XML

                General Ledger

                Accounts Payable

                Inventory

                Supply Chain

                Finance background would be great as well
